About the Blast

The 2020 Hyde Park Blast will be postponed to 2021.

Due to impending barriers for permitting of the event, cautiousness of participants to gather in large crowds and sensitivity to our corporate and small business owners, we have no choice but to delay the 20th Anniversary Blast to the Summer of 2021.

HOWEVER, in true Hyde Park Blast spirit, we aren't "stepping back" from our desire and obligation to fight Cancer in 2020, we are STEPPING IN!  Check this page and follow us on Facebook for updates!

The Hyde Park Blast was co-founded by Cheryl Neiheisel and Chad Sims, both Hyde Park residents, as a way for the community to have fun, be active and raise money for a good cause – the fight against cancer.

Since 2001, more than $600,000 has been donated to Cincinnati cancer charities including The Cure Starts Now and Karen Wellington Foundation.
